MIGRATION RACISM AND XENOPHOBIA PORTRAYED IN THE MEDIA - J #5

I saw the movie "Guten Tag, Ramón".
Despite that he had a lot of obstacles in his journey to find a better life, he manages to reach the place. But he has problems when doesn't find the friend's aunt and until that moment he kind of want to give up because he didn't know what to do or where to go. He does all he can to survive and have something to eat. His personality is good, and that's why he receive help from some of the german citizens. But I think that is surreal, because he arrives in Germany a little too easy, and maybe if e instead of Ramon it would have been Ramona the story were much different.

In some way, this movie relates to the article called "Trail of fears" because Central America people experience, in their trip to find a better life, but it is true that the women suffer sexual violence among the way. This past semester, in my class of Human Rights we saw this topic, and the professor and some classmates talked about this and they showed us some documentaries (that I don't remember the names, just the information given). In one of those, explained that women and girls, in the moment that they enter Mexico, they ask in the refugees for an contraceptive injection, because they're mentalized that someone will violate them and doesn't want to get pregnant. One case in particular, that one of the victims tells, is that a couple going in the beast, when it's time to make a stop, they are cornered by a group of mens and are raped both of them.
But also there's another problem, the human trafficking is a huge business in our country and also makes a lot of money, that's why it's difficult to do something against it. Like in the article is said that the National Commission of Human Rights has labeled our country by levels of danger, like Chiapas. But it's known that the capital of traffic is Tlaxcala.
